I have mainly used for tennis and padel and overall I am satisfied, the waistband really comfortable and the material stretches enough for comfortably play. I haven't used it at the gym yet but I bet they are comfortable for leg days.

I am a very active person and when shopping for shorts it’s always a struggle. The shorts I got has the right length and fit . Love the elastic waist band ! I don’t need to use the cords anymore.
I was fortunate to get a workout set before releasing to the public and I am very impressed with the overall product.

Decent for the gym, not great for running.

I'm always looking for the next great short that can do it all. Not sure these fit the bill, for a short less than 3 mile run that zip pocket in the back might be ok but for anything longer where you need a hydration belt it because useless. In the gym lifting and Crossfit I had no issues with the short but not a go to travel short when I would be needing it for a lot of different activites.
