Returns & exchanges are free & easy, you have 45 days after you placed an order to return your item(s) . 

Our return, exchanges and refund policy is:

  • Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item(s) is in brand new condition. That is, unworn, unwashed, with hangtags still applied, and in the original packaging. 
  • Items eligible for a return or exchange must be within 45 days the order has been placed.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed after is delivered at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed with the refund and/or exchange order confirmation.
  • We will only refund you for the products and will not refund any original order shipping fee. (This point does not apply for orders with free shipping)
  • If the above guidelines have been met, please go to our Returns & Exchanges Center to initiate the process, we will then email you get your prepaid shipping label.
  • Please note that if the above guidelines are not met and you ship your item(s) back to us, we will not issue the refund or exchange and we will then mail the item(s) back to you at your expenses.

YES! And it is free of charge, regardless if you paid shipping in your order.

To exchange a product please go to our Exchanges & Returns Portal and follow the instructions. please specify in the comment area which product you would like to exchange for (product, size and color) and we'll take of the rest.


To exchange for another different product, please use the store credit option or send us an email to support@activebred.com and we'll help you.


Our return, exchanges and refund policy is:

  • If it's lower we'll refund you the money to your original method.
  • If it's higher we'll send you an email confirmation with the amount and will request your authorization to charge your card.

It might take a few minutes to get your order confirmation email (most times is almost instantly).

We pride ourselves on fulfilling each shipment as soon as possible. Our aim is to ship all orders within 1 to 2 business after it has been placed.

Ground orders usually take 3 to 5 business days to arrive after the order is processed. Depending on circumstances outside out hands (such as heavy workload for carriers on holidays, increment weather, etc.) it could take longer.

2-day Shipping takes up to 2 business daystar the order is processed. 

We will send you an email with tracking information as soon as the order is placed, but please note that tracking information usually takes up to 24-48 hours to update on the carrier site after your receive your shipping confirmation, but rest assured that it's on your way.

We currently only ship to the United States.

We generally cannot modify orders after you place it, but if you need to make any change  send us an email immediately at support@activebred.com and we will try to help you, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee it.

Tracking information takes 24 to 48 hours to update on our shipping carrier website, so give it some time to process.

Our Active Shorts are true to size. We recommend you purchasing your normal short size.

Our Adaptable Shirt have a relaxed fit, order your normal size. It is not baggy by any means, but if you want a tighter fit, order one size down.

Our Endurance Shirt has a slim fit for added performance., if you are debating in between sizes or simply want a roomier fit, we recommend going one size up.

Yes! and we don't want to give you a generic chart, so you will you will find a specific one to each product page clicking on the "Size Guide" button under the size selection for each product.

We built our products to last session after session, but to get the most out of them we recommend taking care of them by:

  • Using machine wash cold with like colors
  • Tumble dry on a low heat setting
  • Never use bleach or softeners
  • Avoid washing with any velcro or heavy zippered items that can pull or harm the fabric

The Active Short will be comfortable as a swim short, however please understand that, if you wear them regularly for swimming, chemicals used on pools or salt water may harm, weaken and/or decolor the fabric and stitching.

When you choose Shop Pay at checkout, you can split your purchase into 4 equal, 0% interest installment payments - with no additional, hidden, or late fees.*

If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect one or both of the following:

  • A smaller payment balance on the final payment
  • Less future payments on the remaining loan balanceIf your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original debit card or credit card payment method within 3 to 10 business days.
We take most major credit and debit cards, also at check out you can choose to pay through PayPal, Amazon Pay or Shop Pay Intallments.

If you received and refund email confirmation, your refund usually will show up in your account within 3 to 5 business days.

There are various ways to track your order:

  • You can track your shipment by clicking "View Order Status" button on your confirmation email.
  • If you order has already shipped, you should have received an email with your tracking information. For your convenience, you can also track your order clicking the "Track My Package" button on your Shipping confirmation email. 
  • Please allow 24-48 hours after we send your tracking information for the carrier tracking site to update.
