Our returns/exchanges and refund policy is:
- Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item(s) is in brand new condition. That is, unworn, unwashed, with hangtags still applied, and in the original packaging.
- Items eligible for a return or exchange must be within 45 days was delivered.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed after is delivered at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed with the refund and/or exchange order confirmation.
- We will only refund you for the products and will not refund any original order shipping fee. (This point does not apply for orders with free shipping)
- If the above guidelines have been met, please go to our Returns & Exchanges Portal to initiate the process, we will then email you get your prepaid shipping label.
- Please note that if the above guidelines are not met and you ship your item(s) back to us, we will not issue the refund or exchange and we will then mail the item(s) back to you at your expenses.
Please note that depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 10-15 business days or more to show up in your account, however, usually it is much faster. Rest assured that as soon as we email you with the refund confirmation, it is on your way.
